This is a form that has been made at Jugtown for decades. It was fired in the Groundhog kiln, lightly salted, and the top is dipped in a new glaze that Pam and Bayle have been developing. We love it over this particular clay body; the dark base is a great contrast to the golden orange colors, and the flowing speckles are dramatic. Wood fired stoneware.
