Shipping Information

We gladly ship to any customer, anywhere. If there is something you're looking for, just give us a call or send an email and we will be glad to assist you. All orders will ship well packed and insured. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of order and the ship to address. We choose either UPS or USPS based on which one we feel is the best choice for your order. If you prefer to choose your carrier, we can arrange for that, however shipping costs may be higher than initially quoted. We require full payment before any order ships from Jugtown.

Please open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives to be sure everything is just as you expected, and contact us right away if there is any discrepancy. Our shipping includes tracking numbers, which will be provided to you. If you feel you need a signature confirmation at delivery, just let us know and we can arrange that, for an additional fee.


Shipping costs continue to increase, as do the costs of packing materials. We try to reuse packing materials in order to save our customers money, and to reduce waste. When we ship a package, our priority is getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Orders placed at our Shop Online page usually ship by the next business day, but delays can happen - especially during events and during the Christmas season.
